You can use the battery isolator # PK5231201 in line on the 12 volt circuit when using the 4 and 7-Way installation kit # ETBC7. But you would not want to use it to replace the 40 amp circuit breaker. The issue is that when the vehicle is running the circuit will be closed and a short, if there was one on the 12 volt wire, could cause damage if the circuit breaker is not there to shut down the power. The 100 amp rating on the solenoid is twice as high which would also increase the likelihood... view full answer...
While it is certainly a good idea to carry a second spare tire on your trailer we do not recommend mounting two of the Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire Carriers # FSTC1000301 back to back. Apart from the need for some stronger (and unknown) grade of hardware, which you note, there is the concern that the torsional forces applied to the trailer frame from both tire carriers will be concentrated in one spot. We do not recommend this, but instead suggest that you mount the two tire carriers independently... view full answer...
The best way to determine which transmission line is the high-pressure or supply line and which is the return line is to start the motor cold. Place the transmission in drive for 10 seconds and return it to park. Turn off the motor and feel both transmission lines where they exit the radiator. The cooler of the two lines will be your return line, the warmer line is your supply line.
I have included a diagram of a typical transmission cooler installation.

Actually, that is a typical installation for the wiring harnesses for a 2006 Chrysler T and C. Take a look at the video I have linked as reference. The weather stripping on the rear of the vehicle between the hatch and bumper protects the wiring from damage as long as it is not in the latching mechanism.
It is possible to route the wiring under the vehicle but you will most likely have to drill a hole. First you will need to remove the floor panels in the cargo area until you get to the... view full answer...
I spoke to my contact at CURT who said some minor trimming of the fascia is required for the hitch installation on your 2012 Town and Country, otherwise the receiver will impinge on the bumper cover.
The area that needs to be trimmed is 2-3/4 inch wide by 1/2 inch tall.
I have included a diagram of the area that needs to be trimmed as well as a link to installation details.
The Draw-Tite # 75579 is a Class III trailer hitch that will not require trimming. I have linked the instructions... view full answer...
The Rightline Gear SUV Tent with Rainfly # RL110907 is intended for rear hatch installation on a wide range of SUVs and minivans like your 2004 Chrysler Town and Country. The tent's design allows for easy disconnection when its time to head to town for groceries and it will remain standing until you return and re-connect. It also features a built-in bathtub-style floor with taped seams that repel water at the tent base so you don't have to place a tarp under it. This unique tent is treated... view full answer...
Your best bet for an easy install would be to use the 4-pole to 7-way adapter, part # 37185. The adapter will plug directly into the 4-pole supplied by your T-One connector, leaving 4 remaining wires. The white wire would be grounded to the vehicle frame, the purple wire would tap into the reverse lamp circuit (if needed), the black wire which supplies a 12-volt accessory power circuit to the trailer if needed is ran to the battery and the blue wire carries the output voltage from a brake... view full answer...
Circuit breaker # 9510 is self-resetting. If it trips due to an overload situation it will keep trying to cycle back on until the overload is resolved. So you won't have to replace it or do anything! view full answer...
Sealed transmissions make installing a transmission cooler a bit more interesting since there isn't an easy way to add or check fluid.
There may not be a dipstick on your transmission, but there is drain and fill plug. You are going to have to use a lube pump to get the proper amount of fluid in the vehicle so honestly your best option is going to be to have a transmission shop do the install since they will have the equipment needed.
Prefilling the cooler might get you pretty close... view full answer...
Chances are you were sagging a little below stock before you installed the AirLift # AL60814. I reached out to my contact at Air Lift and they agreed that you have nothing to worry about. view full answer...
The lug nut does not need to be loosened or removed. The kit includes an adapter that slips over the lug nut, and the base bolts to the adapter.

The wire for the cold side of the stop light switch on your 2013 Chrysler Town and Country should be green. I recommend verifying this with a circuit tester like part # PTW2992 though as sometimes this can vary. You will know it is the cold side if it only gets hot when you press the brake pedal. view full answer...
I have attached a snapshot from one of our help articles which will explain/illustrate the connections needed to install the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 Trailer Brake Controller, # 90195, in your 2010 Chrysler Town and Country.
In addition to the controller you will also need a 20-Amp In-Line Circuit Breaker, # 9506P, Butt Connectors, # DW05745-5, Quick Splice Wire Connector, # SWC501915-1, and enough wire, # 10-2-1, to reach from the brake controller, through the firewall, and to the vehicle... view full answer...
I attached an install video that shows a Derale Transmission Cooler part # D13501 being installed in a similar van as your 2003 Chrysler Town and Country. You would not need to cut any transmission lines to install this cooler. You would basically just use the lines that the vehicle currently uses for the factory cooler and route the fluid from that cooler to the Derale. view full answer...

Your Chrysler Town and Country will need to be hardwired to install a brake controller. I would recommend the Electronic Trailer Brake Controller Kit, item # ETBC7, which has all of the wiring, circuit breakers and connectors needed to install a 7-Way and 4-Way connector at the rear of your vehicle. I would recommend the Tekonsha Prodigy P2 Brake Controller, item # 90885, which is a proportional controller that is easy to use and works great.
You do not have to install a 7-Way connector... view full answer...
I have added a cut out of the linked installation instructions showing the torque specs for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13389. When we installed a brake controller in a 2008 Dodge Grand Carvan (which is basically the same thing as your 2005 Chrysler Town and Country we found that the white wire with a green stripe was the correct wire for the stoplight switch for brake controller install.
I can't guarantee that is the correct wire to use, but I would test that one first with a circuit tester like part # PTW2993.
I attached the install video for you to check out as well. At the 6:24 mark is where our installer... view full answer...
The Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56331 will not function without the power lead. It may function with a slightly damaged power lead, so I recommend using a tester like # I26 to test your wiring functions and simply visually inspect your power wire to your battery. view full answer...
In my research, the 2013 Chrysler Town and Country with a tow package does come with a wiring harness and should have a 7-way. To install the Dexter Predator # 58-8, you will need to run the wires from the brake controller to the 7-way connector on your vehicle.
You are also going to need Draw-Tite # 5506 which gives you the extra length you will need to hook up your brake controller to your 7-way connector.
I have attached a FAQ regarding trailer brake controller installation information,... view full answer...
